There are two ways to find out where your package is:
through your account: access your account on T-Shirtbox.it, enter the “My orders” section, select “View order” and click on “Follow your order” (above to the right of the order description) to be able to directly access the DHL site where you will see the current delivery status.
Via the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the link after the phrase: “To find out where your package is, click on the following link”.
If the courier does not find you at home, he will leave you a notice and you can collect your parcel at the nearest DHL Access Point.
